This Privacy Policy explains how Central Coast Challenge ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website, join our waitlist, contact us, or take part in our hole-in-one challenge events. By using our site or participating, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the business and respond to you:
- Information you give us. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the type of inquiry, an optional course or company name, and your message.
- Information at our events. If you take part in the challenge, we may collect your name and contact details for prize verification and, where a prize is awarded, information needed to fulfill and document the award.
- Photos and video at events. We film and photograph attempts, reactions, and winners. See "Photos and video" below.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, our host may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to understand site usage.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests.
- To tell you when the challenge launches and about new courses and events, if you asked to be notified.
- To operate the challenge, verify holes-in-one, and award and document prizes.
- To promote the challenge, including on our website and social media (see "Photos and video").
- To keep the site secure and improve how it works.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us operate — for example, our website host and form provider — who process data on our behalf.

Photos and video
Our events are photographed and filmed. If you enter the challenge, you may appear in photos or video that we use to promote Central Coast Challenge — including on this website, on social media, and in advertising — without additional compensation. At the event you will be asked to acknowledge this as part of entry. If you prefer not to be featured, tell our on-site staff before you take your shot, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cookies and analytics
We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. If we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy to describe them and your choices.
Your choices
- Email. You can ask us to stop sending you emails at any time by replying to any message or contacting us below.
- Access and deletion. You may ask us what information we hold about you and request that we correct or delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.

Age
Our challenge is intended for participants 18 and older, and this site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
