Central Coast Challenge Club Giveaway
Official Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
- Sponsor. The Central Coast Challenge Club Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored and administered by Central Coast Challenge, LLC ("Sponsor"). The participating golf course at which the Sweepstakes is promoted (the "Course") is not the sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes and is released from liability as provided in these Official Rules.
- Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the State of California who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor or Course who are directly involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
- Entry Period. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Friday, September 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 7, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
- How to Enter. There are two (2) methods of entering the Sweepstakes:
(a) Contest Entry. Each person who participates in the Central Coast Challenge Golf Skill Contest during the Entry Period will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry, regardless of the number of Contest attempts or rounds in which the person participates. Participation in the Contest does not limit or increase the number of Contest attempts available for purchase. (b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). A person may enter the Sweepstakes without participating in the Contest by completing an official Sweepstakes entry card at the Contest location and depositing it in the designated entry box, or by mailing a legibly hand-printed 3" × 5" card containing the entrant's full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address to 332 Avenida Garza, Goleta, CA 93117. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within three (3) days after the Entry Period ends. Each person may receive no more than two (2) Sweepstakes entries during the Entry Period, regardless of whether or how many times the person participates in the Contest. A person who participates in the Contest will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry through the Contest and may obtain one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry through the AMOE. A person who does not participate in the Contest may obtain up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries through the AMOE. Each AMOE submission constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry; any AMOE submission that would cause an entrant to exceed the two-entry maximum will be void.
- Drawing. Sponsor will conduct one (1) random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 11, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
- Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within three (3) business days after the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days after the date of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and IRS Form W-9, as applicable, before the prize is awarded. Sponsor will not require the potential winner to pay any fee or make any purchase as a condition of receiving the prize.
- Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) TaylorMade Spider Tour X Putter, with an approximate retail value of $349.00. The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the stated prize is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value.
- Taxes. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9 and will issue IRS Form 1099 when required by law.
- Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, city of residence, likeness, voice, and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, each participant releases Sponsor, the Course, and each of their respective owners, managers, members, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and affiliates from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except to the extent caused by the negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be released by the released party.
- General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Sweepstakes Rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impair the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
- Governing Law. These Official Sweepstakes Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.
- Winner List. To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Central Coast Challenge, LLC, 332 Avenida Garza, Goleta, CA 93117. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after the drawing.
- Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.
